The Transitional Initiatives and Men’s Emergency Services Center, or TIMES Center for short, offers hope to people in need. Although the shelter services are for men, the TIMES Center also operates a soup kitchen that is open to all in need of a meal. The Center is open year-round and is often utilized as a warming or cooling site.
